Residences marks milestone with completion of Tower C; select suites available

The third and final 40-story condominium-hotel tower at The Residences at MGM Grand is complete, showcasing the ultimate in high-rise living overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Designer-furnished residences are available in Tower C.

The Tower A lobby boasts a warm European feeling with rich terracotas, warm Tuscan hues and back lit onyx at the reception desk. While the Tower B lobby has a more contemporary flair composed of rich woods and a back lit living glass which is infused with Eucalyptis leaves.

The luxurious design work extends to each custom-furnished residence within all three towers. The sophisticated suites incorporate a combination of contemporary and classic styles to create a sense of lavish comfort. Each suite features a deluxe king-size bed with 300-thread count, Egyptian cotton Anichini sheets and a plush down comforter. Marble and granite bathrooms offer dual-sink vanities, Jacuzzi-brand whirlpool tubs and June Jacobs’ spa products.

State-of-the-art technology, including high-definition, flat-screen televisions; high-speed, wireless Internet service; DVD/CD players; and iHome clock radios for iPods are found throughout the luxury suites while top-of-the-line appliance brands such as Sub-Zero, Miele and Bosch are located in each suite’s kitchen or kitchenette.

Most suites feature private balconies commanding stunning views of The Strip and surrounding mountain landscape.
