CityCenter, an unprecedented $7 billion urban metropolis by MGM MIRAGE, will be defined by spectacular architecture, renowned for premier experiences and unrivaled as the address to live and live it up. The groundbreaking design introduces a dazzling vertical city in the heart of Las Vegas sprawling horizontal grid. As envisioned, CityCenter represents the most significant privately financed project in the country. A design collaboration between MGM MIRAGE and seven internationally acclaimed architects, CityCenter opens in 2009 on 66 acres between Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts. At the heart of the action on the Las Vegas strip, CityCenter will feature a soaring 60-story, 4,000-room hotel/casino, two 400-room, non-gaming hotels; 500,000 square feet of retail shops, dining and entertainment venues; and approximately 2,800 residences.

MGM MIRAGE has engaged the world’s foremost architects to collaborate on this magnificent mixed-use urban community. Every building will be an icon of superb contemporary design, and together, they will create an unparalleled skline that will define a new Las Vegas. The architectural “dream team” includes Pelli Clarke Pelli, Rockwell Group, Studio Daniel Libeskind, KPF, Helmut Jahn Architects, RV Architecture LLC, and Foster and Partners.

MGM Mirage CityCenter: Veer Veer Towers

Designed by Helmet Jahn Architects, Veer will rise from CityCenter’s retail and entertainment district giving residents unprecedented access to the best of stylish city living. Distinctively designed as two glass towers leaning in opposite directions, Veer will feature more than 700 modern, loft-like residences.

Designed by RV Architecture LLC led by Rafael Vinoly, Vdara will be the complex’s sole condo hotel and deliver the ideal balance of access and escape, The 50-story ebony tower will feature understated interior designs to complement its open floor plans and spacious windows with spectacular views of the city. Located between Bellagio and CityCenter’s gaming resort. Vdara’s tower will host 1.543 residential units.

Designed by Foster and Partners, this lifestyle hotel conceived and operated by Andrew Sasson’s Light Group will define hip, urban living on the Strip and deliver top-flight service and amenities. The Harmon’s elegant tower will boast 228 condominium residences.

The Retail and Entertainment District:

Designed by Studio Daniel Libeskind, CityCenter’s retail district will feature fashionable clubs, gourmet restaurants, high-end retailer, galleries and more under a crystalline canopy of unprecedented brilliance. For the interior architecture, the Rockwell Group will create an experiential environment that complements the overall city scene. The inviting neighborhood of unique retail shops, dining and entertainment venues will form the core of this urban metropolis.
